Senior HR Manager

Contract: 4-6 Months  
Location: London
Salary: £85,000 - £120,000

  
Job responsibilities:
  • You will be working across the employee life cycle (contractual offer/onboarding / payroll/benefits administration /  YEP (performance review process, promotions, bonus, salary increase) / exit interviews)
  • Serve as a first point of contact for managers and employees
  • Provide advice on interpreting HR policies to managers and team leaders in alignment with local employment law, such as compliance with schedules, vacation tracking, time and expense processing, and overall compliance
  • Own and deliver projects and initiatives that drive progress towards our business goals
  • Resolve high-level employee issues, including grievances, Appeals and complex disciplinary issues
  • Lead, coach and develop 2 members of the international team
  • Analyse internal dashboards and create reports out of Workday
Skills:
  • Extensive experience in a similar Senior HR Manager role within Financial/Professional Services
  • Strong team player with a focus on customer service
  • Self-driven, proactive attitude and solution-oriented
  • Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Project Management Skills
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Operations-driven HR professional comfortable with multi-tasking and working on multiple projects at any given time
  • HRIS System use: Workday
  • Strong skills in MS 365, PowerPoint and Excel, ability to create presentations, conduct data analytics, leveraging pivot tables
