Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
  • Act as the first point of contact and trusted gatekeeper for the Head of CPS, managing key relationships with stakeholders and EA teams.
  • Coordinate complex diaries and scheduling with autonomy and precision.
  • Manage and prioritise inboxes and correspondence, ensuring seamless executive communications.
  • Lead investor roadshows end-to-end, including scheduling, briefings, and global travel arrangements.
  • Organise international travel logistics (flights, hotels, visas, itineraries, ground transport).
  • Work closely with the PR/Comms Director on investor events and external communications.
  • Prepare and distribute briefing packs, agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation.
  • Oversee production/distribution of printed materials and maintain CRM records .
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA within investment, banking, IR, or client-facing environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in roadshow coordination and global travel management.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills, able to manage competing priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive problem-solver, able to make sound decisions independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., DealCloud).
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness, handling sensitive information with integrity.
  • A flexible, collaborative, and resilient approach with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
