C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner  of a leading international consultancy and advisory firm. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative business with hybrid working and fantastic exposure.

Position: Executive Assistant to Managing Partner & Project Coordination Support / Extensive scheduling
Salary: Competitive + excellent benefits
Hybrid set up: London near Westminster with hybrid working (2 days WFH)

Key responsibilities:
  • Complex diary, inbox and travel management for the Managing Partner
  • End-to-end scheduling - extensive logistical management
  • Business development support including pipeline and meeting prep
  • Data accuracy, reporting, and project management
  • Client relationship management
What they’re looking for:
  • Proven EA/Team Assistant experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment - you must have some 1:1 experience as a proactive, upwardly managing strategic EA
  • Extensive experience in coordination and scheduling - either executive search, investor relations, roadshow coordination, recruitment or project management / project coordination 
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency
  • Proactive, polished and collaborative approach
