C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for a dynamic and fast-paced creative agency, offering hybrid working and exceptional benefits.

Position:
Executive Assistant – supporting the CEO and working closely with the COO and Office Manager within a growing operations team.
Salary:
£50,000 – £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hybrid set up:
2 days a week in the office

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Manage the CEO’s inbox, documents, and daily communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Coordinate complex calendars and meetings across time zones
- Arrange international and domestic travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Support project tracking, deadlines, and deliverables
- Assist with bookkeeping, payroll support, and office operations
- Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and partners
- Contribute to cultural initiatives and company events
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with a professional yet approachable style
- High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Experience with tools such as Xero, Notion, Slack, GSuite, and HiBob is desirable
