This role offers 4x in the office and 1x day working from home (some flexibility around this required).
What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: EA to Partner & CFO
Key duties:
- Complex diary management to a 2 C-level executives
- International travel bookings, travel logistics and complex visas.
- Processing expenses and invoices.
- Involvement in projects.
- Assisting with event organisation.
- Ad hoc admin responsibilities
What is the company looking for?
- Ideally you will have proven EA at a senior level, ideally at MD, Partner or C-Suite.
- Ideally you will have experience within private equity, venture capital or technology. Or have experience within a start-up, scale-ups or boutique organisation.
- A degree is preferrable, but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A very strong attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
- Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Great time management skills.
