What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Supporting on of the SVP's who is at C-Suite level.

Key duties:

  • Support the Execs business priorities
  • Diary and travel management
  • Develop a high level of trust
  • Corresponding and acting on behalf of the SVP with Senior Business Stakeholders
  • Assisting in managing business planning and road mapping
  • Working in tandem with the EA to the CEO, supporting on a higher level where needed

What makes this position great? This is a new role and the SVP has never had an EA before and so needs someone to support, guide him and take responsibility where they can for him to do his job to the highest standard.

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

  • Experience as an EA in fast paced environment at C-Suite level
  • Experience working at Board level
  • Ideally from a Consultancy, Tech or Start-up environment
  • Amazing prioritising and organisation skills
  • Pro-active
  • Ambitious
  • Understanding of Excel / Google sheets
