Please note, this is a 10month fixed term contract and is 4 days in the office.

What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Team of 6-7 (varying in seniorty up to MD level)

Key duties:

  • Diary management for a team of 6-7, up to MD level.
  • International travel bookings, travel logistics and complex visas.
  • Processing expenses, invoices, ad hoc admin support.
  • Assisting with event organisation.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties.

What is the company looking for?

  • Ideally you have demonstrated experience working in a similar PA/EA role supporting a team.
  • Ideally you will have experience within financial services, ideally private equity, venture capital, asset management or investment banking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
  • Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Great time management skills.
