Job Title: Entry Level Recruitment Manager- 14 month FTC

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Develop, in partnership with stakeholders, a recruiting strategy and lead its development and execution
  • Ensuring delivery and commitment to inclusion and diversity at every stage of the process
  • Develop annual recruiting budgets, and meet with university teams and interviewer to meet the targets in a cost-effective way
  • Manage the intern and entry-level recruitment process for the UK
  • Be responsible for the creation, organisation, and delivery of marketing materials and advertising on campus
  • Managing hiring and application process for graduate hires and interns
  • Create and monitor metrics, with the leadership team, to benefit the execution of campus recruitment
  • Involved in CV screening, monitoring of interviews, and communicating with partners and candidates
  • Monitor the recruitment process, and the on-boarding procedures, including start dates and liaise with the HR team to ensure new started documents are completed
  • Oversee the internship programme
  • Provide guidance, support, and develop the local recruiting team

What is the company looking for?

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in end-to-end recruiting life cycle
  • Background as graduate recruiter in professional services or consulting firm is encouraged
  • Ability to multi task and organise tasks efficiently
  • Exceptional skills in oral and written communication are required, as well as strong command of details, and common sense with a focus on customer service
  • An individual with a knowledge of Word and Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Workday is preferred.
