C&C Search is are delighted to be partnering with a unique and friendly event space based in north London, seeking two new team members to join their growing business!
Job title: Event Administrator
Salary: £26,000-£28,000
Hours: 9:30-5:30, Monday to Friday, some days work from home but flex needed
Location: Finchley/Hampstead area

Duties:
- Administration, sending invoices, responding to emails and phone calls
- Speaking to supplier and guests
- Scheduling and organising of meetings/event spaces
- Ordering suppliers for the office
- Helping with budgets, filling in health and safety forms and venue specific forms.
About you:
- You are a strong administrator with good numerical skills
- Ideally you will live locally
- You are a great relationship builder and love dealing with people!
- You have great level of written and spoken English
- You love to be helpful
