Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of corporate events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics, from venue selection and vendor management to catering and audiovisual setup.
  • Support the development of event materials, including invitations, programs, signage, and presentations.
  • Provide on-site support during events, managing registration, liaising with vendors, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, either through internships, part-time roles, or relevant coursework.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) is a plus.
