A leading global growth strategy consultancy is seeking an Events Specialist to join its UK Marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in delivering a high-profile international events programme that supports client engagement, brand positioning and commercial growth.

The Opportunity
Working closely with senior stakeholders and marketing leaders, you will plan and deliver a portfolio of c.18–20 events annually.

These range from senior client roundtables and private dining experiences through to large conferences and global internal summits.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end delivery of internal and external events
  • Project planning, budgeting and supplier management
  • Venue sourcing, catering, AV and production coordination
  • Stakeholder liaison across senior leadership teams
  • Guest communications, logistics and on-site delivery
  • Post-event reporting, engagement tracking and ROI analysis
  • Management of branded collateral and merchandise
Events are primarily UK-based, with international activity across the US and Europe. Budgets range from smaller executive dinners to large-scale events exceeding £200K.

About You
  • 2–5 years’ events experience
  • Exposure to professional services or corporate environments preferred
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and organisational skills
  • Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and commercial awareness
