Salary:
£65,000 – £75,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid set up:
5 days per week in the London office, with occasional flexibility on Fridays

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant to the CEO position:
- Providing high‑level Executive Assistant support to the CEO, including complex diary and inbox management
- Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO, anticipating needs and staying several steps ahead
- Preparing the CEO for meetings with private investors and institutional stakeholders
- Producing and refining high‑quality PowerPoint presentations and written briefing materials
- Coordinating UK and occasional domestic travel, including attendance at conferences
- Supporting board and senior leadership meetings, including preparation, logistics and follow‑up actions
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders at a senior level
- Assisting with strategic projects, digitalisation initiatives and ad hoc business priorities
- Overseeing elements of office management and internal coordination
What background and experience are they looking for?
The ideal candidate will be highly intelligent, commercially aware and confident operating in senior, investor‑facing environments.
Key requirements include:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or in a senior‑level EA role
- Ideally, experience within financial services, private equity or institutional investment environments
- Exceptionally strong PowerPoint and written communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to grasp complex financial and strategic discussions
- A proactive, confident approach with excellent judgement and discretion
- Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
- Socially minded, with a genuine motivation to work for a purpose‑led organisation
- A flexible, can‑do attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves when required
