C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to join a growing hedge fund, based in beautiful offices in the West End. The role is supporting 2 very busy Partners that require a high level of Executive Assistant support with some flexibility out of hours.

Position: Executive Assistant

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum

Hybrid setup: 5 days in the office

Benefits: Competitive package with discretionary bonus

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:

  • Extensive back to back diary management for 2 Partners
  • Scheduling international travel with itineraries, visas, hotels and transport
  • Arranging and attending meetings when required
  • Collating, proofreading and preparing documents
  • Ad hoc projects and event management

What background and experience are the company looking for?

Candidates must have minimum 8 years+ experience working as an Executive Assistant within boutique finance. Must be able to anticipate needs, be one step ahead, posses excellent communications skills and confidently communication with senior level/C-suite executives and external stakeholders. Degree preferred, but not essential.
