C&C Search is currently recruiting an EA to Founder for a fast-paced, boutique property investment firm based in the heart of London's vibrant West End. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a founder and some adhoc support to others when needed. The role will include some Office Manasgement for this office of 15, however predominately EA support.

Position: EA to Founder with some Office Management. Opportunity to take on extras such as Investor Relations, resaerch, projects
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Hybrid set up: Office-based, 5 days a week (West End)
Benefits: Excellent benefits package

Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Key responsibilities for this EA to Founderposition:
- Extensive travel booking and diary management
- Supporting others in the team when neeed, however 80% will be to the founder
- Occassional private PA support
- Inbox management and booking meetings
- Office management, HR admin and project support
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven experience in a similar industry and role, ideally 10 years + expereince of similar
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable being the sole admin support for the team
