What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: 1:3 - Managing Director, Vice President and Head of Capital Markets.
Key duties: diary and inbox management, phone calls, travel coordination and other ad hoc duties.
What makes this position great? FTC to gain experience in a successful investment firm supporting at board level.
What is the company looking for?
Background and experience: previous experience in a EA/ PA role, ideally in finance or professional services.
Qualifications: Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication skills.
Availability: ASAP
