C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant working for a boutique financial services firm based in West London.

Position: Executive Assistant
Salary: £35000 - £45000
Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office and Friday from home

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant:
- Supporting three c-suite executives with diary, travel, expenses and client support
- Ensuring the seamless running of the office from a day to day operations perspective
- Event management, investor relations and project work too!
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- At least 2-3 years within aa Assistant role ideally within financial services
- Experience supporting a team and being able to juggle multiple, changing priorities
- Want to get involved with other areas of the business including marketing, events and investor relations.
- A degree is preferred
