C&C Search is currently recruiting an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Head of Investor Relations and the wider IR team for a prestigious financial services firm. Position: Executive Assistant – supporting the Head of Investor Relations and wider team (you must have some team EA experience as well as senior level EA)
Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Structure: High-level business support across a busy, fast-paced team
Salary: £65,000 - £68,000 +bonus
Hybrid Set-Up: 4 days in the office / 1 day working from home

Key Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant Position:
• Diary management for the Head of IR and key members of the IR team - extensive scheduling under tight time scales - meticulous eye for detail is key
• Inbox management and proactive prioritisation of communications
• Arranging global travel, itineraries, and logistics
• Preparing meeting packs, presentations, and briefing materials
• Organising roadshows, investor events, and internal meetings
• Acting as the gatekeeper and trusted point of contact for the IR team
• Processing expenses and supporting wider team administration
• Supporting with document preparation, reporting, and project coordination
