Role: Executive Assistant
Location:

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

Hybrid: 4 days in office 

A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join its Executive Support team.

This is a high-profile, fast-paced role supporting a minimum of two senior executives within a complex, international environment.

The position requires exceptional organisational skill, sound judgement, and the ability to operate with absolute discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full diary and inbox management for senior leaders, ensuring seamless scheduling, prep time allocation, and forward planning.
  • Act as a trusted partner, anticipating needs and prioritising on behalf of your executives.
  • Coordinate communications, meetings, and calls, managing conflicting demands with tact and professionalism.
  • Support board and leadership meeting preparation, including agendas, papers, presentations, minute-taking and action tracking.
  • Manage executive budgets, expenses, invoices and travel itineraries across multiple global regions.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, clients and regulatory partners.
  • Assist with company events, offsites, team activities and new-starter onboarding within the function.
  • Provide robust administrative support including document preparation, room bookings, courier management, scanning and data maintenance.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and exercise sound decision-making when acting as gatekeeper.
  • Collaborate with other EAs and provide cover when required.
Skills & Experience
  • Extensive Executive Assistant experience in a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment.
  • Strong track record supporting senior leadership, including diary, inbox, travel and stakeholder management.
  • Confident handling sensitive information and working with senior internal and external contacts.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, detail-focused and highly organised, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable negotiating priorities and managing competing demands.
  • Strong relationship builder with a diplomatic, polished, and professional approach.
  • Experience coordinating events or board-level meetings is highly advantageous.
