C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to join a super exciting Biotech company. This is a brand new role, offering hybrid working and the opportunity to grow out your duties and make the role your own.

Position: Executive Assistant - Support to the three founders and wider support across the business
Salary: £35 - £40k
Hybrid set up: 3 days in the office 2 days from home

- Heavy diary management for the three founders
- Support with projects
- General admin duties
- Getting involved with initiatives
What background and experience are the company looking for?)
You must have prior experience as an Executive Assistant or a Team Assistant, you must be a dynamic self starter who works with good autonomy and has can do attitude to their work.
You will be the only office support staff so you must be comfortable taking on a broad range of duties, but you'll be able to shape the role and make it your own.
