Position: Executive Assistant – Maternity Leave Cover
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000
Hybrid set up: 3 days in, 2 days WFH

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
  • Manage diary and travel for the Co-Founder and Managing Partner
  • Quarterback fundraising meetings for the Fundraise, maintain documentation in the CRM, and manage the fundraising pipeline
  • Oversee office operations, including suppliers, contractors, repairs, and maintenance
  • Support employee wellbeing through HR CRM management, benefits, offsite planning, and social/charity events
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Assist with personal administrative tasks, including travel and finances
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Prior experience supporting a VC fundraise is essential
  • Proactive, self-starter with strong initiative
  • Highly detail-oriented and conscientious
  • Confident with technology and proficient with tools such as ChatGPT, Slack, and GSuite
