Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (Mon–Thurs office-based; minimal presence Fridays)
Contract: Part Time 4 days Mon-Fri or Full Time 5 days
Hybrid: 3 days in (Tues-Thurs)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional, proactive, and people-focused Office Manager to join a growing, global organisation within the financial and B2B events sector.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business, ensuring the smooth running of a dynamic London office while supporting company culture, operations, and engagement initiatives.
As the face of the office, you’ll create a warm, professional, and organised environment, liaising confidently with senior leaders, visitors, and vendors alike. You’ll oversee all aspects of office management, from facilities coordination and health and safety to company events, onboarding, and travel logistics.
You’ll also play a key role in delivering cultural initiatives, staff engagement programmes, and internal communications, contributing directly to a collaborative and high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and company socials.
- Support onboarding and HR administration in collaboration with external partners.
- Maintain health and safety, facilities management, and IT coordination.
- Deliver employee engagement and cultural initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and department heads.
- Experience as an Office Manager, or dual EA/OM role, within a professional, client-focused environment (finance, events, or professional services preferred).
- A confident communicator with a strong sense of initiative and organisation.
- Friendly, composed, and polished, with the ability to build rapport across all levels.
- Hands-on and adaptable, someone who thrives on variety and responsibility.
