Executive Assistant – Investor Relations | Private Equity | London (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £75,000 + excellent benefits
Location: London
The Opportunity: Are you an Executive Assistant with proven experience supporting senior leaders in investment management, private equity, or banking? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading alternative asset manager in London as Executive Assistant, providing high-level support within the firm’s Investor Relations function.

You’ll play a pivotal role at the heart of a dynamic and collaborative team — managing complex diaries, coordinating global investor roadshows, and supporting client and stakeholder communications across EMEA. This role offers visibility, challenge, and impact within a world-class investment environment.

About the Firm: This prestigious alternative asset management firm has built its reputation on professionalism, collaboration, and excellence. The culture is collegiate and high-performing, valuing proactive problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced, client-facing settings. Employees enjoy a supportive environment that encourages professional growth, personal development, and teamwork — making it one of the most sought-after places to work in the private equity and investment space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the trusted Executive Assistant and first point of contact for IR Head, managing senior stakeholder relationships and internal communications.
  • Oversee complex diary management, inbox prioritisation, and global travel logistics with precision and autonomy.
  • Lead the end-to-end coordination of investor roadshows, events, and high-profile meetings, partnering closely with Investor Relations, PR, and Communications teams.
  • Prepare detailed briefing documents, agendas, and presentation materials to support executive decision-making.
  • Manage logistics for international travel, including flights, visas, hotels, and itineraries.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (DealCloud) and oversee production of investor materials and reports.
  • Anticipate needs, problem-solve independently, and deliver seamless executive support in a fast-moving environment.
About You
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA within private equity, investment banking, or asset management.
  • Skilled in investor relations support, roadshow coordination, and international diary management.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking ability, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident liaising with senior executives and investors.
  • Highly proactive, resilient, and adaptable, able to operate with discretion and integrity.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and confident using CRM systems such as DealCloud or Salesforce.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering excellence.
Why This Role Stands Out

This is a high-impact Executive Assistant position at the centre of investor relations and strategic communications within a globally recognised investment firm. You’ll gain exposure to senior leadership, global markets, and high-profile events - while enjoying a supportive, ambitious culture that values its people.
