Administrator – Fast-Paced Scale-Up Fintech – Central London – Full-Time Office Based

Position: Administrator – supporting Sales, HR, and Finance teams.
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience.
Location: Central London – 5 days in the office.

- Provide administrative support to the Sales, HR, and Finance teams.
- Maintain accurate records, update databases, and manage documentation.
- Assist with meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Support HR processes such as onboarding, training coordination, and employee record management.
- Help the Finance team with invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic reporting.
- Assist the Sales team with client communications, proposal preparation, and CRM updates.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
