The Job:

Job Title: Global Payroll and Reward Manager

Hybrid working model based in their London offices with flexible working hours.

Salary: £65,000

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Manage, acquire and process relevant data globally to ensure that year-end reward, salary review and sales incentive schemes operate effectively, are communicated clearly and contribute to commercial performance, engagement and retention.

  • Own integrity of data within HRIs and be the in-house expert on the system, design, reporting, working-flows and analysis.

  • Own the benefit portal and look to streamline processes.

  • Own the UK and global annual benefit renewal process, conduct reward research and data analysis internally and externally and present results confidently.

  • Manage salary levels and benchmarking for the company.

  • Maintain the company Reward and Payroll Manual.

  • Effectively set the framework for, and manage the implementation of, ex-pat packages.

  • UK Pension governance, Auto Enrolment and employee queries.

  • Work with finance to deliver effective budgeting and alignment on all reward and payroll related costs.

What is the company looking for?

  • Global experience is essential, APAC experience strongly desirable.

  • Experience with Cascade or ADP desirable but not essential.

  • Confident managing ex-pat packages.

  • Experience managing reward processes end-to-end essential.

  • Strong influencing and analytical communication style.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and junior staff members.
