�� Location: Flexible (Hybrid – occasional travel required)
�� Company: Facilities Management 
�� Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DoE
�� Type: Permanent | Full-time
�� Reports to: Head of People and Culture

About the Role
As HR Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our clients people function - providing expert, practical support across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll advise on day-to-day HR matters, support employee relations, and work with managers and leaders to deliver a great people experience. This is a dynamic role where your voice matters and your ideas will shape the future of their people strategy.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Be the go-to contact for HR queries across the business
  • Lead and support on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes
  • Keep policies fresh, accessible, and aligned with company values
  • Analyse people data to inform and influence leadership decisions
  • Champion performance and talent processes, including reviews and improvement plans
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives
  • Foster a culture that puts people first and reflects our values in every interaction
What They're Looking For:
  • At least 2+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role (Advisor or Officer level)
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, curious mindset with strong organisational abilities
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
