The Role:
Job Title: HR Advisor
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Providing day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practice, ensuring alignment with employment law and internal standards
- Manage complex employee relations cases
- Maintain and update the HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory changes
- Support the annual performance review and objective-setting process
- Assist with talent management and succession planning activities
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment needs, including job specs, interview processes, and onboarding planning
- Lead on HR initiatives including DE&I, employee engagement, policy rollouts, and organisational change programs
- Support the annual compensation cycle and benefits administration
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning initiatives across teams
What is the company looking for?
- 3- 5 years’ experience in similar role or HR Generalist position, ideally within the financial and/or professional services industry
- Prior experience managing ER cases with demonstratable understanding of the UK employment law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted and reliable relationships at all levels
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive issues discreetly
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in fast-paced, regulated environment is advantageous
