Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: London / Hybrid working
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Design and implementing HR strategies to support and meet business objectives
- Implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement
- Effectively communicating business changes
- Oversee the performance management process, coaching manages to effectively address performance issues
- Work closely with leadership on organisational design - facilitating change management and designing development programs
- Oversee ER matters, offering advice and guidance on HR policies and conflict resolution
- Encourage data driven decisions by analysing HR data, identifying trends and providing insights
- Facilitate end to end recruitment for exec hires, identifying needs and partnering with hiring managers
- Maintain up to date knowledge of legislative changes and proactively address compliance concerns
- Spearhead and contribute to an array of HR projects
What is the company looking for?
- 3 + years of HR experience within a partnering capacity
- Bachelors degree within HR or a related field
- CIPD preferred
- Strong knowledge of employee relations
- Strong user of HRIS and other software applications
- Strong relationship builder with high levels of credibility and authenticity
- Impact driven with a desire to take initiative and accountability
