The Role:                         
Job Title: Hr Business Partner, 9 month FTC
Salary: £65,000 (DoE)
Location: London – Hybrid working
  
What would I be doing day to day? 
Key duties: 
  • Act as a trusted adviser to Partners and senior managers - guide on best practice and in alignment with internal policies and procedures.
  • Day to day line management of 2x members of the HR team.
  • Managing complex Employee Relations matters and guiding managers on supporting early career performance-relate issues.
  • Oversee HR responsibilities across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support with processing payroll for the organisation.
  • Lead on specific People projects on the likes of HR operations, Wellbeing, or Early Careers, partnering closely with the HR and L&D Business Partners.
  
What is the company looking for? 
  • 5yrs + HR experience and excellent UK Employment knowledge
  • Demonstrable experience in a business partnering role
  • Must have proven experience in a partnership led organisation
  • CIPD Level 7 is highly desirable
  • Line Management / Mentoring experience is a plus
  • A genuine team player who is also very person
