HR Engagement Project – Global Communications Agency

Location: Covent Garden, London (hybrid working)
Duration: 1 month
Rate: £25 per hour (equivalent to £50,000 per annum)

We are partnering with a renowned global communications agency based near Covent Garden on a one-month temporary project focused on HR engagement and process enhancement.

In this role, you will conduct stakeholder engagement interviews across all levels of the organisation to explore and refine HR processes. Your insights will help shape recommendations to support best practice, collaboration, and a great employee experience.

This opportunity would suit someone who is:
  • An exceptional communicator with natural warmth and presence
  • Curious and insightful, able to turn conversations into meaningful feedback and themes
  • Experienced in or familiar with HR, Talent Acquisition, or recruitment processes
  • Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and global teams
