The Job:

Job Title: Interim HR Manager, 2-month FTC

Location: London

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 FTE, DoE

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Reporting to and working with the Chief Operating Officer, acting in a standalone position to provide strategic and operational HR advice across the business.
  • Management of a variety of BAU HR tasks.
  • Additional HR projects including digitalising processes and documents.
  • Acting as a partner to the business.
  • Updating and revamping existing policies and procedures.

What is the company looking for?

  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Experience within a financial or professional services environment.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and quickly assimilate to new processes.
  • Previous experience in a standalone HR preferable, otherwise experience in a lean HR team.
  • Confident user of technology and systems including Microsoft and HRIS systems.
