The Job:
Job Title: Interim HR Manager, 2-month FTC
Location: London
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 FTE, DoE

What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Reporting to and working with the Chief Operating Officer, acting in a standalone position to provide strategic and operational HR advice across the business.
- Management of a variety of BAU HR tasks.
- Additional HR projects including digitalising processes and documents.
- Acting as a partner to the business.
- Updating and revamping existing policies and procedures.
What is the company looking for?
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in a generalist HR role.
- Experience within a financial or professional services environment.
- Ability to hit the ground running and quickly assimilate to new processes.
- Previous experience in a standalone HR preferable, otherwise experience in a lean HR team.
- Confident user of technology and systems including Microsoft and HRIS systems.
