What would I be doing day to day?
Job Title: Junior Recruiter
Hybrid environment
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Provide direct support to the Recruitment Team
- Take full ownership for scheduling interviews
- First point of contact for all queirers
- Attend recruitment events
- Identify and book venues for recruitment events
- Co-host interview days
- Work closely with internal stakeholders
What is the company looking for?
- Previous Recruitment experience based in-house or agency
- A degree is preferable
- Experience using MS Word
- Great team player
- Professional or Financial Services experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An attention to detail, strong work ethic
