Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position

CEO Support (in partnership with the London EA):
  • Provide high-level strategic support to the CEO as part of a coordinated job-share model.
  • Manage extremely complex and often last‑minute international travel, including luxury and private arrangements.
  • Coordinate communication workflows, meetings, events, and logistics requiring absolute confidentiality.
  • Act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless handovers across time zones.
US Investment Team Support:
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and organisational support to senior members of the US Investment Team.
  • Own complex calendars, meeting coordination, reporting, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Prepare board materials, track deliverables, and support special projects.
  • Manage expenses and serve as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global EAs to ensure smooth, proactive support across the firm.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Senior-level Executive Assistant experience within finance or investment environments (essential).
  • Proven experience supporting UHNW individuals and senior global executives.
  • Extensive experience managing both commercial and private international travel.
  • Highly articulate, exceptionally organised, and resilient under pressure.
  • Outstanding project management and prioritisation abilities.
  • A discreet, calm, trusted operator with excellent judgment.
  • Immediate availability is required for this contract-to-perm position.
