Position: Executive Assistant to Managing Partner, Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership within an international investment firm in a true 1:1 Executive Assistant capacity, with ad hoc support to an additional senior individual
Salary: $100,000–$150,000
Hybrid set up: Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home with flexibility when required

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
  • Acting as a true right hand to the Managing Partner, providing high-level Executive Assistant support and operating as a thought partner
  • Full inbox and diary management, prioritising a complex and ever-changing schedule, ensuring time is protected and used effectively
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, managing communications and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating global meetings, travel and logistics, working closely with international teams and other Executive Assistants
  • Managing CRM systems, tracking key relationships and supporting overall workflow across the team
  • Preparing presentations, reports and correspondence, ensuring high standards and attention to detail
  • Supporting board meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes and follow-ups
  • Proactively managing to-do lists, following up on key actions and ensuring deliverables are met
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Supporting with expenses, systems and operational processes
  • Assisting with ad hoc personal support, including liaising with family arrangements and helping to create efficiencies day-to-day
  • Getting the fundamentals right while identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value over time
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior stakeholders, ideally within financial services.  
  • Experience operating in a 1:1 or 1:2 Executive Assistant role is highly beneficial.
  • You will be confident managing a busy inbox and diary, with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • The ideal Executive Assistant will be comfortable acting as a gatekeeper, able to build trust quickly and confident in pushing back where needed.
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent communication and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are essential.
  • Experience working across global teams and collaborating with other Executive Assistants is advantageous, as is the ability to take ownership, anticipate needs and operate as a true business partner.
