Position: Lead Team Executive Assistant / EA Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
Hybrid set up: Flexible hybrid working available, ideally at least 3 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this Lead Team EA position:
- Manage, coach and develop a team of EAs
- Foster a collaborative work environment
- Provide calendar management, travel planning, and other support to executives
- Anticipate and proactively address issues to support executives
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
What background and experience are they looking for?
- 7+ years experience providing EA support at a senior level
- Experience managing a team of admins
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with leaders
- Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
