C&C Search is currently recruiting a Marketing Assistant to join a growing Asset Management firm with a great culture and future progression.

Salary: £38,000-£50,000 Depending on experience

Location: 5 days a week in Green Park

Duties:

We are looking for a strong administrator who is entrepreneurial and can adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced finance environment. The role requires someone who is a team player, highly detail oriented, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

  • Supporting the wider team include managing diaries, arranging travel and handling expenses
  • Supporting with event planning, facilitating logistics, direct client liaisons and on the day support
  • Monitor marketing budget, with responsibility for tracking spend
  • Help to co-ordinate marketing and PR engagement strategy
  • Supporting with content/website/blogs/social media
  • Other ad-hoc activities as required and be open to taking on more duties as time goes on

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing/admin support role in boutique finance
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, events management or related discipline would be great
  • Strong admin skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with events/roadshows/AGM's would be a bonus
