C&C Search is currently recruiting a Marketing & Internal Communications Executive to join a large international finance services firm (alternative investments).
Salary: £32,000-£39,500
Hours: 8:30-5:30, 4/1 hybrid (very rarely working overtime!)

USP: This is a small team of 3 (in a wider team) that service 14 different firms, this is the perfect role for a generalist who enjoys copy, and wants a job with great work/life balance. The team are so friendly and chatty, it truly is a lovely role.
Duties: This is a general B2B marketing role in a small team with a focus on content creation and distribution via websites and LinkedIn.
Previous experience in financial services is required.
- Create copy for LI, PR, website & blogs from scratch - coming up with ideas as a team and executing them
- Assist with a current, large project around company brand/identify and future projects
- Monitor and improve SEO
- Help make continual improvements to marketing and comms
- Manage PPC campaigns
- Work with external marketing agencies
About you:
- You have B2B marketing experience in a financial services environment
- You have excellent writing skills and spoken English
- Competent in using WordPress and experience in SEO
- Experience managing LinkedIn company pages and content scheduling software
- Experience managing and analysing PPC campaigns would be an advantage
- You have amazing communication skills
- You are a collaborative approach and a good team player
