We at C&C Academy are a dynamic Learning and Development platform dedicated to empowering business support professionals through Continuous Professional Development (CPD) certified courses and bespoke in-house training sessions for our clients. Our mission is to enhance the skills and careers of individuals across various industries by providing high-quality, customisable learning experiences that meet the specific needs of our clients. The role is for 16-20 hours per week.

Job Purpose:

As the Membership Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving membership growth for our platform. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for acquiring new members, nurturing relationships with corporate clients, and expanding our reach through strategic partnerships. Your focus will be on selling our CPD certified courses and bespoke training solutions to both individuals and organisations, helping them achieve their professional development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Sales Generation: Identify, research, and generate leads to build a robust pipeline of prospective members, focusing on both individuals and corporate clients.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct personalised consultations and presentations to showcase the value of our courses and training solutions.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, professional associations, and other relevant networks to drive membership sales.
  • Sales Strategy Contribution: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing models, promotional campaigns, and new product offerings.
