What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Greeting all clients/guests
  • Administrative support to the team when needed
  • Ensuring the office is tidy
  • Answering all calls
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Ad hoc admin responsibilities.

What is the company looking for?

  • Ideally you have 1 or 2+ years experience working in an administrative position
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Someone that is able to work in the office 5x days a week.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
  • Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Great time management skills.
