What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Supporting the office and the wider teams

Key duties: Acting as Front of House, main contact, liaising with colleagues, clients and suppliers, organising meetings and booking meeting rooms, manage office supplies and facilities, general day to day admin assistance for the team, assisting with IT procurement, uploading documents, copying and binding, booking transport and accomodation, maining floor plans and anything else that is necessary to making a difference in the office. You will be the heart of the office across 2 floors and work in a completely varied role.

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: Office Managementt or Operations is a must plus someone who is happy to muck in with administration duties for the team and any PA duties that come with this for Senior Management.

Availability: You MUST be available immediately or at short notice as this role is to start in February 2022 with 1 weeks' handover on a 12 month fixed term contract
