Location: Hammersmith, London

What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: You will reporting in to the People Officer, support the running of the office and also support the CMO on a PA level.

Key duties:

  • Smooth running of the office

  • Managing meeting rooms

  • PA to the CMO with any travel arrangements through a travel agent

  • Manage 2 inbox's

  • You will manage 1 staff memeber (Office Coordinator)

  • Answering the FOH phone

  • Manage suppliers

  • Manage cost saving for the business in all areas of the business

  • Order stationery

  • Stock the kitchen

  • Facilities

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

  • Experience as an Office Manager and some PA experience

  • Be pro-active and forward thinking

  • Someone from a fast paced environment with arranegemts ever changing

Availability: Ideally available at short notice but will wait for the right person.
