C&C Search is currently recruiting for a part time Project Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract working for a charitable arm of a well-established firm.

Position: Operations and Project Manager
Salary: £35000 pro rata
Hybrid set up: 5 days in the office (27.5 hours per across Monday to Friday)
Location: Docklands
What they do: Property Management

Company culture and what makes them great to work for: Working on site at a residential property based in the Docklands to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations, dealing with issues and managing projects.
Key responsibilities for this Operations and Project Manager role:
- Working in the office in this stand alone role managing a small group of residential properties
- Welcoming new tenants, ensuring 'moving in' runs smoothly and dealing with day to day issues promptly
- Project management of renovations, ordering of equipment and some events
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- You must have experience within property management
- Be able to work on site approximately 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday
- Ideally have experience working with older people, have a caring nature and want to make an impact
