What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Supporting a team.

Key duties:

  • Administrative support to the team.
  • Dealing with expenses and bills.
  • Involvement in projects.
  • Assisting with event organisation
  • Booking travel, organising travel logistics.
  • Ad hoc admin responsibilities.

What is the company looking for?

  • Ideally you have 3+ years experience working in an administrative position
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
  • Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Great time management skills.
