Position: Personal Assistant
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Hybrid set up: Hybrid, four days in the office

Key responsibilities for this PA position:
High-level diary management for multiple stakeholders
Coordination of international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries
Managing communications and acting as gatekeeper for executives
Preparation of meeting materials, presentations and reports
Processing expenses, invoices and handling financial documentation
Organising internal and external meetings, calls and events
Liaising with clients and internal teams
Providing seamless, confidential support while managing shifting priorities with grace
What background and experience are the company looking for?
Experience as a PA within financial services, ideally in a trading, asset management or investment banking setting
Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset and ability to multitask at pace
Experience managing multiple stakeholders
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and strong tech-savviness
A calm and professional demeanour, with proven discretion and reliability
