PA to CEO - temp to perm opportunity - £20 - £28 p/h + holiday - 5x days in office!

What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: CEO (1:1 support)

Key duties: Traditional PA role.

  • Managing complex diary and inbox.
  • Booking travel arrangements.
  • Liaising directly with clients and arranging client meetings.
  • Managing expenses and invoices.
  • Minute taking / dication.

What is the company looking for?

The client is looking for an intellectual PA, someone who can hold a stable conversation, degree educated, they are looking for someone kind and loyal, someone with integrity. This is a fast-paced, demanding environment with lots of challenges - seeking an individual who can manage these to the Founder's expectations.

The role is very traditional and includes dictation, diary management, scheduling meetings, admin work and private/personal PA duties which can vary from time to time.

Qualifications: Degree ideal

Availability: Immediately Available or short notice
