What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Supporting the COO and reporting to the Admin Manager

Key duties:

  • Manage the internal diary for the COO
  • Organise meetings and venues
  • Liaising with stakeholders
  • Organise hospitality and catering
  • Travel
  • Gatekeeping
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Communicating with board members
  • Admin support
  • Scheduling
  • Expenses
  • Operations
  • Assisting other PA's when needed

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: Experience as a PA, ability to work with senior leaders, computer literate, manage large amounts of admin, ability to multi-task, put together high quality correspondance and reports and communicate well internally and externally.

Qualifications: Ideally a secretarial qualification but not essential

Availability: You should be available immediately or at short notice as this is a temp to perm opportunity
