The Role:
Job Title: Payroll Specialist - 6 month FTC
Salary: £48,000 (DoE)
Location: London
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Support the wider Payroll Team to run the payroll process
- Accurately check and reconcile payroll changes in relation to new joiners and leavers
- Prepare payroll processes in accordance to company absence schemes: enhanced Sick Pay, Enhanced Maternity Pay, Enhanced Paternity Pay
- Monitor the Payroll inbox, responding appropriately to queries from all stakeholders across the business and externally
- Extensive additional reconciliations of spreadsheets around monthly activities
- Produce P45 and P60 and other additional documents as required
What is the company looking for?
- 5-10 years' Payroll experience within a large corporate environment
- Demonstrable experience of manual payroll calculations
- Strong knowledge of PAYE forms, Pension enrolments and Statutory Deductions including Tax, NI, and Student Loans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
