The Role:
Job Title: People Director, 6 month FTC
Salary: £100,000 - £120,000
Location: London
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Manage the direction of the overall HR operations and working closely with the CEO and the senior management team your remit will be to provide strategic advice and guidance to the CEO and SMT on all HR matters.
- Design and implement HR frameworks including but not limited to Career Development Pathways and Succession Planning and Employee Value Propositions.
- Manage all day to day HR operations across the organisation with the support of the part-time HR Senior Manager.
- Update and review HR policies in alignment with Employment Law and maintaining the Employee Handbook.
- Actively drive People-focused projects such as HR system implementations and annual training requirements.
- Partner as a trusted advisor to C-Suite and SMT on wider business projects around ESG and DEI.
What is the company looking for?
- Experience designing and building the People and Culture frameworks for an NGO.
- Demonstrable experience developing Career Progression initiatives.
- Exposure to working in a boutique asset/investment management firm or boutique consultancy is a bonus!
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively partner with C-Suite.
- Forward-thinking, dynamic and analytically minded approach.
