Job Title: Professional Development Specialist
Location: London/ Hybrid working
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Match current employees experience and interests with open job opportunities
- Facilitate connections between candidates and internal or external contacts
- Work with career coaches, conduct exit interviews and review CVs
- Promote awareness across the organisation for career support (creating monthly newsletters)
- Projects towards improving career service offerings and increasing awareness and engagement entry level to director level employees
- Build relationships with staff, MDPs, previous employees, headhunters and clients as the first point of contact for in coming job leads
- Manage queries, administrative tasks in database and systems and identify improvements
What is the company looking for?
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in Executive Search firm/ Headhunting firm
- Solid experience with senior stakeholder management
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with hiring portal database is highly preferred, especially LinkedIn
- An individual who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, client-oriented environment, and who is comfortable suggesting change and continuously improving what the team does
