Our client is a leading, Global Sales Business School and Consulting firm, specialising in sales and leadership development. They have offices in the UK, US and APAC and partner with industry leading brands globally. The Role:
Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (DoE)
12 Month FTC or Permanent
Location: West London (3 days in office)

What you will be responsible for!
Our client has landed a fantastic new contract with a global organisation. You will be the sole Project Manager looking after the contract! The project will focus on their Sales and Leadership teams globally, governance and feedback. You will work with the executive committee and play a critical role in their sales transformation project.
- You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of consulting projects and supporting the accredited programs (another side of the business which you will likely get more involved in over time)
- Planning and executing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and subject matter experts
- Maintaining high quality standards and exceeding client expectations
- Working with the sales team to develop proposals and define project scope
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Solid Project Management experience within Professionals Services/ Consultancy
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management within a consulting environment
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and Initiative
- Proactive/ Results driven
- Experience using Microsoft suite, Salesforce, Asana is preferred
- Familiarity with sales and leadership development is a plus
