What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: Supporting the wider office and Office Manager
Key duties:
- Working alongside another Receptionist
- Being the face of the business
- Answering calls
- Managing post
- Incoming emails
- Meeting and greeting
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Making tea and coffee for visitors
- Ad-hoc admin for the back-office
What makes this position great? The role is varied and interactive
What is the company looking for?
Background and experience:
- Reception experience
- Ideally from a corpoarate background
- Excellent customer service skills
Qualifications: NA
Availability: You should be available immediately or at short notice as this role will be based on a 12 month FTC.
